Your Privacy Choices

In PinPals, open Profile → Settings → Privacy to control distance, online status, and last-active visibility. A coach can edit the separate professional profile from Profile → Professional Identity. To remove a coach profile from public discovery, email Support from the account email.

Use iPhone Settings → PinPals to change location, photos, camera, and notification access. You can use a manual area instead of device location for nearby discovery.

Use the controls attached to eligible Gallery posts, comments, videos, scorecards, and other content to delete them. Use report and block controls when another user or piece of content creates a safety concern.

Open Profile → Settings → Delete Account to initiate permanent deletion inside the iPhone app. This is not temporary deactivation. If you cannot access your account, email support from the account email address.

Email support@pinpalsgolf.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password or verification code.
