Refund and Cancellation Policy

PinPals coaching, lesson requests, scheduling, messaging, and video feedback are currently free. Billing is disabled. We do not ask for payment-card details, place payment holds, or charge cancellation fees during early access, so there is currently no coaching charge to refund.

PinPals will display the coach, service, price, currency, cancellation deadline, refund eligibility, and payment provider before you confirm a paid request. We will not convert an existing free request into a paid booking without your express confirmation.

When billing becomes available, the service-specific terms shown at checkout will control. Unless checkout states otherwise: a charge made in error or a paid service the coach cannot provide will be eligible for correction, rescheduling, or refund; duplicate charges will be refunded; and completed services are generally not refundable merely because the user expected a different result.

For scheduled lessons, cancellation and no-show windows will be displayed before payment. For asynchronous video feedback, refund eligibility may end once the coach begins substantive review or delivers annotations or a remix. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

If a coach cancels and the parties do not reschedule, a future paid booking will be refunded. If a PinPals-controlled technical failure prevents delivery, contact support so we can verify the issue and offer restoration, rescheduling, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Email support@pinpalsgolf.com with your username, coach, booking date, and request ID. Do not send a password or full card number. If a purchase is ever processed by Apple, Apple’s purchase and refund process may apply; if processed by another provider, its payment records and rules may also apply.
