1. 18+ Eligibility Requirement

To register an account or interact with any features of PinPals Golf, **you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age**. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18+ and have the full legal capacity to enter into these terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when setting up your profile. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. User-Generated Content

PinPals Golf allows users to upload profile photographs, post open games/tee times, communicate in direct or group chats, and compile scorecards. By posting content, you grant PinPals Golf a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute this content.

Prohibited Content:

You are strictly prohibited from uploading content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on another party's intellectual property. We reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

4. Open Games & Connections

PinPals Golf offers matchmaking tools to connect golfers based on location, playing style, handicap, and scheduling compatibility. When a user posts an Open Game or accepts an invitation, they are coordinating with other individuals in their vicinity.

User Responsibility Warning: PinPals Golf is not responsible for the behavior of users inside or outside the digital application. You coordinate with and meet other users entirely at your own risk. PinPals Golf does not vet users, perform screening checks, or monitor real-life social encounters.

5. Live Scorecard Compilations

Our scorecard synchronisation records strokes, pars, and yards on standard golf formats. You agree to compile scorecard rounds in good faith. PinPals Golf reserves the right to manage or restrict scorecard storage to prevent system abuse.

6. Third-Party Integrations

PinPals Golf relies on **Supabase** for database hosting, storage, and authentication. By using the service, you acknowledge that your data will be stored securely using Supabase servers.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to PinPals Golf for any violation of these Terms or behavior deemed detrimental to our community.
