Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.

PinPals helps users discover golfers, courses, games, and in-person activities. We do not conduct criminal background checks or control offline conduct. Use reasonable caution, meet publicly, tell someone your plans, and do not share sensitive information prematurely.

Course information, weather, availability, prices, amenities, distances, scorecards, and golf statistics may be incomplete or change. Confirm important details with the course or provider.

PinPals is free in this release. It does not sell subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid services and does not collect payment-card information. Our current Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

You retain ownership of profile content, photos, videos, comments, messages, course media, scorecards, and other material you submit. You grant PinPals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, stream, transcode, resize, display, transmit, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service, subject to your privacy choices.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload, including permission from identifiable people where required. Do not upload content that violates privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, course, or other rights.

You must follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes illegal activity, threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, impersonation, fraud, spam, unsafe behavior, privacy invasion, intellectual-property infringement, scraping, security interference, and attempts to evade moderation.

Users can report content and block accounts. We may remove or restrict content, cancel activity, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests. No moderation system guarantees that all objectionable material will be found immediately.

Public Gallery posts, open games, public golfer fields, reviews, and shared scorecard or Round Card links may be visible beyond your direct connections. Private messages are limited to authorized participants, subject to safety, support, and legal review.

PinPals software, branding, design, and original service content belong to PinPals or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them except as permitted by law. Send copyright or takedown notices with enough detail to identify the work and disputed material to support@pinpalsgolf.com.

PinPals is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and specific golf results.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PinPals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for user conduct, offline meetings, course conditions, lost content, or third-party services. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or service protection. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
